Convenient location for exploring N & W Cheltenham, with easy access to town and plenty of parking options. The staff were friendly and helpful when available. Breakfast had a decent variety and quantity of food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A good night's sleep was possible despite being close to the main roads.

The hotel could use a refresh, as the building and rooms felt a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. There was some disappointment regarding the advertised Costa coffee, as it was neither seen nor tasted during our stay.
